1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

These Terms and Conditions constitute a binding agreement between the operator of TruckersWives.com (“TruckersWives,” “TW,” “we,” or “us”) and each person accessing or using the platform (“Member,” “User,” or “you”).

By creating an account, accessing community features, posting content, downloading media, purchasing coins, sending gifts, using Build Your Truck, accessing the virtual Truck Stop, participating in CB Radio communications, or otherwise using TruckersWives.com, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the platform.

TruckersWives reserves all rights necessary to operate, administer, protect, modify, and maintain its services, subject to applicable law and existing contractual obligations.

2. STRICTLY 18 YEARS AND OLDER

TruckersWives is an adults-only platform.

NO PERSON UNDER EIGHTEEN (18) YEARS OF AGE MAY REGISTER, PURCHASE, PARTICIPATE, OR USE MEMBER-ONLY SERVICES.

Members must provide truthful registration information and may not permit minors to use their accounts.

TruckersWives may request reasonable proof of age, suspend accounts pending verification, and terminate accounts determined to belong to minors.

Parental permission does not override the minimum age requirement.

3. ACCOUNT OWNERSHIP AND MEMBER RESPONSIBILITY

Members are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for activity conducted through their accounts, except unauthorized activity not attributable to the member.

The following are prohibited:

Fraudulent registrations.
False identities and impersonation.
Unauthorized account sharing or transfers.
Circumventing account restrictions.
Accessing another member’s account without authorization.
Manipulating transaction or reward systems.
Using automated accounts to interfere with platform operations.

TruckersWives may investigate violations and restrict or terminate accounts when justified.

4. CONTENT OWNERSHIP AND USER-GENERATED MATERIAL

Members may publish photographs, videos, comments, profile information, messages, and other permitted content.

Members retain copyright in their original content unless a valid separate agreement states otherwise.

By uploading content, members grant TruckersWives a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, format, display, and distribute that content as reasonably necessary to operate the platform, consistent with applicable privacy and visibility settings.

Members represent that they have the rights and permissions necessary to publish their material.

Members must not upload stolen photographs, copyrighted videos without authorization, confidential documents, nonconsensual intimate material, or unlawful content.

The license generally ends upon content deletion, subject to lawful retention for backups, security, dispute resolution, and other legally permitted purposes.

5. DOWNLOADING PHOTOS, VIDEOS, AND MEDIA

A DOWNLOAD BUTTON IS NOT A TRANSFER OF COPYRIGHT OR OWNERSHIP.

Members may download content only where permitted by the rights holder, applicable license, and law.

Downloading does not automatically authorize members to:

Sell or commercially exploit the material.
Repost it to other platforms.
Redistribute paid or restricted content.
Remove copyright information unlawfully.
Claim the material as their own.
Use another person’s image to impersonate or harass them.
Publish private information.
Create misleading or unlawful derivative content.

Download settings determine the availability of platform functionality; they do not override copyright or privacy law.

Members remain responsible for lawful use of downloaded materials.

TruckersWives may suspend accounts for substantiated misuse.

6. SCREENSHOTS, SCREEN RECORDINGS, AND SHARING

Members must not use screenshots, recordings, or copying tools to circumvent lawful access restrictions or unlawfully distribute protected material.

Unauthorized disclosure of private messages, personal contact details, financial information, or confidential member records is prohibited.

These restrictions do not prevent lawful reporting, preservation of evidence, fair use, or other legally protected activity.

TruckersWives may investigate reports of privacy violations and unauthorized redistribution.

7. PERSONAL INFORMATION AND PRIVACY

Members must respect the privacy of other users.

Without an appropriate legal basis, members may not collect, sell, distribute, or publish another person’s:

Home address.
Telephone number.
Private email address.
Financial information.
Identification documents.
Account credentials.
Private communications.
Nonpublic photographs or recordings.

Members may not use the platform to stalk, threaten, harass, defraud, or impersonate others.

TruckersWives processes personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable law.

No internet platform can guarantee absolute security.

8. COMMUNITY CONDUCT

Members must not engage in threats, harassment, fraud, unlawful discrimination, exploitation, copyright infringement, or deliberate disruption of the community.

TruckersWives may remove prohibited content, restrict features, issue warnings, or terminate accounts.

Members may express opinions and disagreements, provided their conduct complies with applicable law and these Terms.

9. BUILD YOUR TRUCK — VIRTUAL SIMULATION

Build Your Truck is an entertainment and customization feature.

Members may select virtual truck brands, colors, engines, transmissions, parts, upgrades, and other available options.

BUILD YOUR TRUCK IS A VIRTUAL EXPERIENCE AND IS NOT A REAL-WORLD VEHICLE INSPECTION, REPAIR, ENGINEERING, OR SAFETY CERTIFICATION SERVICE.

Virtual engine performance, vehicle condition, wear indicators, breakdown warnings, and maintenance messages are simulated.

They must not be relied upon to determine whether a real commercial vehicle is roadworthy.

TruckersWives may modify virtual truck models, available parts, simulation rules, customization options, or performance calculations.

Purchases of virtual upgrades are governed by the applicable checkout terms.

10. VIRTUAL TRUCK OWNERSHIP AND CUSTOMIZATION

Virtual trucks, dashboards, parts, and customization elements are digital features made available through the platform.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, purchasing a virtual item grants a limited right to use that item within the service; it does not transfer ownership of the platform’s software, trademarks, or underlying digital assets.

Members may not sell, duplicate, or commercially redistribute proprietary platform assets without permission.

TruckersWives may correct technical errors and modify virtual items for compatibility, security, or service improvements.

Existing paid entitlements will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the terms presented at purchase.

11. REPAIR SHOP AND VEHICLE WARNINGS

The virtual Repair Shop may display maintenance notices, required parts, wear indicators, service deadlines, and simulated breakdowns.

Warnings such as “OUT OF SERVICE” or “Truck Broke Down” apply to the virtual truck experience.

They do not constitute an actual governmental inspection, mechanical diagnosis, or legal out-of-service order.

Members must not rely on simulated results when operating real vehicles.

12. VIRTUAL WEIGH STATION AND INSPECTIONS

The platform may include virtual weigh stations, cargo adjustments, inspection results, and road-clearance messages.

These features are simulations.

A VIRTUAL “INSPECTION PASSED” OR “CLEARED FOR ROAD” MESSAGE DOES NOT AUTHORIZE A REAL COMMERCIAL VEHICLE TO OPERATE.

Real drivers remain responsible for complying with applicable FMCSA, DOT, state, and other transportation requirements.

TruckersWives does not replace professional inspections or government safety procedures.

13. TW TRUCK STOP, LOUNGE, AND DIGITAL STORES

The TW Truck Stop, Lounge, CB Shop, and related stores may offer virtual experiences, digital items, or other products and services.

Product descriptions and checkout disclosures determine whether an item is virtual, physical, free, or paid.

Virtual purchases do not imply shipment of physical merchandise.

Where physical products are sold, shipping, delivery, returns, taxes, and other relevant terms must be disclosed before purchase.

TruckersWives may change store offerings, layouts, and future pricing.

14. CB RADIO AND VOICE COMMUNICATIONS

TruckersWives may offer CB Radio channels, push-to-talk communication, walkie-talkie features, or other voice services.

Members must not use these features to:

Threaten or harass others.
Disclose private information unlawfully.
Impersonate emergency personnel.
Coordinate unlawful activity.
Transmit malicious or fraudulent instructions.
Disrupt channels intentionally.
Misrepresent safety-critical information.

CB Radio is a platform communication feature, not a guaranteed emergency service.

DO NOT RELY ON TW CB RADIO TO CONTACT EMERGENCY RESPONDERS OR REQUEST TIME-CRITICAL ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE.

Members must use appropriate emergency services when necessary.

Microphone access and any voice-data processing are subject to the Privacy Policy and applicable law.

15. COIN WALLET AND VIRTUAL CURRENCY

TruckersWives may offer virtual coins for eligible transactions.

Coins are governed by the wallet terms and are not bank deposits, cryptocurrency, or government-issued money.

Members must not manipulate balances, exploit software errors, or conduct fraudulent transfers.

Under the currently described TruckersWives program:

Withdrawal fee: 20%.
Coin transfer fee: 10%.
Minimum withdrawal request: 1,000 coins.

Applicable fees, payout eligibility, exchange values, and net amounts must be disclosed before transactions are confirmed.

TruckersWives may investigate suspicious activity, correct demonstrable errors, and temporarily restrict transactions for legitimate security or legal reasons.

Lawfully owed funds may not be arbitrarily forfeited.

16. COIN PURCHASES AND PAYMENTS

Members are responsible for reviewing all charges before confirming a purchase.

Purchases may be processed through third-party payment providers.

Payment authorization is required.

TruckersWives may cancel or investigate fraudulent, duplicated, unauthorized, or technically erroneous transactions.

Applicable taxes and fees must be disclosed at checkout.

Any displayed tax rate is subject to the actual legal tax treatment of the purchased item.

17. GIFTS, TRANSFERS, AND MEMBER TRANSACTIONS

Members are responsible for confirming recipients, coin amounts, and disclosed fees before completing transactions.

Completed transactions may be irreversible except where reversal is permitted by the program rules or required by law.

Sending coins or gifts does not obligate the recipient to provide attention, services, friendship, or any other personal benefit.

Fraudulent transfers may result in account restrictions or legal action.

18. DRIVER EXPERIENCE, BADGES, AND REWARDS

TruckersWives may offer experience levels, badges, achievements, rankings, and rewards.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, these features are for entertainment and recognition.

Badges do not constitute real-world driving qualifications, professional licenses, endorsements, or regulatory certifications.

TruckersWives may correct erroneous awards, investigate manipulation, and modify future reward programs.

19. MARKETPLACE AND MEMBER LISTINGS

Where marketplace features are available, members must provide truthful descriptions and possess the rights necessary to list the relevant items.

Fraudulent listings, misleading representations, unauthorized copyrighted materials, and prohibited goods or services are not permitted.

Any platform-facilitated transaction must comply with the terms presented for that transaction.

TruckersWives does not guarantee the conduct or performance of independent members.

20. REFUNDS AND PAYMENT DISPUTES

Refund eligibility depends on the type of purchase, the disclosed transaction terms, and applicable law.

Members retain their rights to challenge unauthorized charges, billing errors, and services not provided as promised.

Knowingly fraudulent chargebacks are prohibited.

TruckersWives may investigate payment disputes and take appropriate action against substantiated fraud.

No provision eliminates mandatory consumer protection rights.

21. CONTENT MODERATION AND ENFORCEMENT

TruckersWives may review reports, remove prohibited content, investigate misuse, restrict features, and suspend or terminate accounts when justified.

Immediate action may be taken for serious safety, security, or legal concerns.

Members are responsible for the content and communications they publish.

TruckersWives is not obligated to maintain content that violates platform rules.

22. COPYRIGHT COMPLAINTS

Notices and counter-notices will be handled in accordance with applicable law.

TruckersWives may remove infringing material and terminate repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.

Any claimed DMCA safe-harbor protection requires compliance with applicable statutory requirements, including appropriate agent designation.

23. RIGHT TO MODIFY, CHANGE, OR DISCONTINUE SERVICES

TRUCKERSWIVES EXPRESSLY RESERVES THE RIGHT TO MODIFY, UPDATE, REPLACE, RESTRUCTURE, SUSPEND, OR DISCONTINUE ITS SERVICES, SUBJECT TO APPLICABLE LAW AND EXISTING CONTRACTUAL OBLIGATIONS.

This includes:

Website design.
Member profiles.
Virtual trucks.
Available truck brands and parts.
Simulated engine and maintenance systems.
Repair Shop functionality.
Virtual weigh stations.
CB Radio channels.
Truck Stop features.
Virtual stores.
Future prices and fees.
Coin functionality.
Badges and rankings.
Community features.
Security procedures.
Platform policies.

Emergency security or legal changes may occur without advance notice.

Material changes affecting existing paid rights will receive any notice, consent, or remedy required by law.

No member is guaranteed perpetual access to a particular feature.

24. SERVICE AVAILABILITY

TruckersWives does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Services may be affected by hosting problems, software failures, maintenance, network outages, or third-party providers.

TruckersWives may temporarily restrict services for maintenance, security, or technical repairs.

Mandatory remedies for failure to provide paid services remain available where required by law.

25. THIRD-PARTY PROVIDERS

TruckersWives may rely on external payment processors, hosting services, authentication providers, media services, and communication systems.

Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy policies.

TruckersWives remains responsible for its own obligations under applicable law.

26. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRUCKERSWIVES PROVIDES ITS SERVICES ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS.

The platform does not guarantee continuous availability, particular entertainment outcomes, or the accuracy of simulated vehicle performance.

Nothing in this disclaimer eliminates warranties or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

27. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRUCKERSWIVES AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM USE OF THE PLATFORM, EXCEPT WHERE SUCH EXCLUSION IS PROHIBITED.

Nothing excludes liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, or other liabilities that cannot lawfully be limited.

28. INDEMNIFICATION

To the extent permitted by law, members agree to indemnify TruckersWives and its applicable operators against third-party claims arising from their unlawful conduct, infringement, or material breach of these Terms.

This does not require members to indemnify TruckersWives for its own unlawful conduct.

29. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES

These Terms are governed by Pennsylvania law, subject to mandatory laws applicable to particular members or transactions.

Members and TruckersWives are encouraged to attempt good-faith resolution of disputes.

Nothing restricts legally protected complaints to government authorities or access to courts where required by law.

No mandatory arbitration agreement is imposed by these Terms.

30. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

TruckersWives may update these Terms to reflect changes in its operations, services, or legal requirements.

Material changes will be communicated when required by law.

Changes will not retroactively remove vested contractual rights contrary to applicable law.

FRAUD, HARASSMENT, AND PLATFORM MANIPULATION ARE PROHIBITED.
TRUCKERSWIVES MAY MODIFY OR DISCONTINUE FEATURES SUBJECT TO APPLICABLE LAW.
SERIOUS VIOLATIONS MAY RESULT IN ACCOUNT TERMINATION.

TRUCKERSWIVES RESERVES ALL RIGHTS AVAILABLE UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.
